Commission basis means transparent costs.
When a rental agreement is concluded, a commission of 15% of the rental price is required from the owner.

As soon as the holiday property has been booked by the tenant and confirmed by the landlord, the booking confirmation is sent by email. The conclusion of the rental agreement obliges the contracting parties to fulfill the contract. There is no legal right to rent your apartment.

** The final cleaning includes tidying up and completely cleaning the apartment including inventory: The beds are freshly made, the dishes are cleaned, the floors are mopped and everything is well aired.

* We advertise your holiday apartments or your holiday homes on the Internet on various websites, NOT on booking platforms or booking portals, these portals incur additional costs.
